Estimated delivery times are:

- Canada: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 8–18 business days
- International: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items
